I stumbled on your site while looking for prepared meals for my mother, who has just been diagnosed with diabetes. She is alone and does not cook much for herself. We ordered the 14 meal diabetic friendly meals. It was deliverd right to her door, the beauty of it was the meals were individually frozen, balanced and just enough for one person.
